Prescription refills are handled Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.Please allow at least 24-48 hours to accommodate your request. If the request is received after 4 pm it will be processed the next business day.Please note: No prescriptions are refilled at night or on the weekend.
If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or until the medication has completely run out. If you are planning to travel out of town, please make sure you have enough medication for the trip.
SM&OC will not be held responsible in the event your electronic message is not transmitted due to technical problems related to this site or to the hosting server. All personal identifying information is kept private and your message will not be internally or externally forwarded to other third parties.
Your request will generally be processed within 1 business day, during normal business hours, excluding holidays. Certain prescriptions, including some pain medications cannot be refilled by phone and require a written prescription. We will notify you if this is the case on the prescription your are requesting. Please note that some insurance companies require prescriptions be authorized and this can delay the refill process.If you do not accept the terms of this disclaimer, you will not be able to process your request and/or form on-line.If you do not accept the terms of this disclaimer and need a prescription refilled, please call your pharmacy.
