 Prescription Refills
Most prescriptions requests are handled by 6:00 pm each day. However, due to the high volume of new prescription and refill requests it may take up to 24 hours for your request to be processed. They will be handled in the order received. If you are calling for a prescription refill, please call your pharmacist, who will contact us for approval. This process allows your physician and pharmacy to review and complete your request more efficiently. Be certain to call your pharmacy before your supply of medication runs out, to allow sufficient time for the approval process. If you need a new prescription, leave a message and your doctor or physician assistant will get back with you. And please note that we do not fill prescriptions on the weekend. We welcome calls concerning your care & treatment. Our professional staff will be happy to assist you whenever possible. If you need to speak with your doctor, please leave a message. Your doctor, physicians assistant or a clinical staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
